当社は、JIS Q 15001の規格に準拠した個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを構築、運用し、プライバシーマークを取得しております。以下に掲げる事項は、同規格の要求事項に基づき、契約申込者に関する個人情報を取得するにあたり、当社がご本人に対して明示すべきものを列挙しています。 IIJ has built and operates a personal information protection management system that is compliant with JIS Q 15001 standards, and has acquired a PrivacyMark from JIPDEC. Below is a list of items that IIJ should clearly indicate to the contract applicant in question in obtaining personal information on contract applicants in accordance with the requirements of said standards. 我公司构筑和运用准据JIS Q 15001规范的个人信息保护管理体系，获得了隐私保护标志。以下列举了根据该规范的要求事项，在获取与合同申请者相关的个人信息时，我公司应该向该本人明示的事项。

取得した個人情報はデータ管理者である当社が、契約申込者からの同意に基づき以下の目的で処理します。
1. IIJmioサービスの提供に係る業務（業務上必要な連絡、通知等を契約者に対して行うことを含みます）
2. 上記各項目に付属する業務
3. その他契約申込者から得た同意の範囲内での処理 As the data manager for personal information obtained from users, IIJ will process said information for the below purposes based on agreement by the contract applicant.
1. Operations pertaining to the provision of IIJmio services (Contact required for business purposes, notifications, etc. made to the contractee included)
2. Operations ancillary to each of the above items
3. Other processing to the extent agreed to by the contract applicant 对于获取的个人信息，作为数据管理者的我公司，根据合同申请者的同意，按以下目的进行处理。
1. 提供IIJmio服务的相关业务(包括向签约人进行业务上所需的联系和通知等)
2. 上述各项的附属业务
3. 在得到合同申请者同意的范围内的处理

第三者への提供 Provision to Third Parties 提供给第三者

第三者への提供は行いません。ただし、法令に基づく開示請求の要件が充足された場合は、当該請求の範囲内で個人情報を請求者に開示する場合があります。 IIJ will not provide personal information to third parties. However, should requirements for requests for disclosure of that information in accordance with the law be satisfied, IIJ may disclose personal information to the requestor to the extent of the request in question. 不提供给第三者。但是，如果满足了基于法令的披露请求必备条件，我公司可能在该请求范围内向请求者披露个人信息。

本サービスで処理する個人情報は、サービス提供終了後一定期間ならびに法令等義務の履行に必要な期間、当社にて保存されます。 Personal information processed for this service will be stored by IIJ for a certain period of time after the provision of the service has been completed or for the period of time needed to perform legal and/or other obligations. 关于本项服务中处理的个人信息，在提供服务结束后一定期间以及履行法令等的义务所需期间，保存于我公司。

同意の撤回及び消去の権利 Right to Withdraw or Erase Agreement 撤回及删除同意的权利

個人情報の処理についての同意は、いつでも撤回することができます。（なお、同意の撤回前における同意に基づく個人情報の処理の適法性には影響を与えません）また、契約申込者が自身の情報の消去を求める場合、法令等義務に違反する場合を除き、当社はその求めに応じます。 Contract owners may withdraw their agreement to the processing of personal information at any time (Note that this has no bearing on the legality of the processing of personal information based on that agreement that took place prior to said withdrawal). 契約申込者本人からの求めにより個人情報の訂正・消去又は処理の制限を行った場合は、速やかにその旨を通知いたします。通知は電話、メール、郵送のいずれかの手段により行います。 Should it correct/delete personal information or limit the processing thereof based on the request of the actual contract owner in question, IIJ will promptly notify said contract owner to that effect by either telephone, email or regular mail. 根据合同申请者本人的要求，在对个人信息进行了订正、删除或者处理限制时，将迅速通知其情况。通知通过电话、电子邮件和邮寄的任何一种方式进行。

個人情報を当社にご提供いただけるかどうかは契約申込者の任意のご判断によりますが、必要な情報をご提供いただけない場合は、当該契約申込者に関する申し込みの受付及びサービスのご提供を行うことができませんので、あらかじめご承知ください。 The decision to provide personal information to IIJ or not is dependent on the arbitrary judgment of the contract owner. However, please note in advance that in cases where necessary information cannot be provided to it, IIJ cannot accept applications or provide services for the contract applicant in question. 能否向我公司提供个人信息是基于合同申请者的任意判断的，但是如果不能提供所需信息，则不能受理该合同申请者的申请，并不能提供服务，请预先知晓。
